• Assist management in preparing investment proposals and project viability reports.

• Support the development of financial policies, SOPs, and internal control systems.

• Participate in financial audits, compliance reviews, and internal risk assessments.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial alignment.

As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Finance to strengthen our Accounts & Finance Department.

This role is crucial to ensuring sound financial planning, corporate governance, and strategic financial management across the Group’s diversified business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial analysis.

• Manage cash flow, fund management, treasury operations, and investment analysis to ensure optimal liquidity.

• Prepare and review financial reports, feasibility studies, and business cases for strategic decisions.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and internal controls.

• Maintain strong liaison with banks and financial institutions for financing needs and smooth banking operations.

• Negotiate and manage credit facilities, including loan renewals, enhancements, LC, LTR, TR, and term loans.

• Monitor fund utilization, financing costs, and ensure timely disbursement, repayment, and settlement of liabilities.

• Oversee financial documentation, loan proposals, securities, and compliance with bank covenants.

• Provide management with financial insights, risk assessments, and decision-support analysis.

• Support development of financial policies, SOPs, internal control systems, and long-term financial strategies.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
