• SAP Basis Certification

• Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent networking certification

• Cybersecurity certifications (CEH, CISSP, or equivalent)

• At least 8 years

• Experience in IT Infrastructure and SAP Basis administration

• At least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration

• Proven expertise in enterprise networking and cybersecurity

• Experience in media, publishing, or digital platforms will be an advantage

• Oversee and manage the organization’s overall IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cloud systems.

• Administer and maintain SAP systems (installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning).

• Develop and enforce IT security policies aligned with industry standards.

• Implement endpoint, network, and application security solutions.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

• Monitor logs, detect threats, and respond to security incidents.

• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of SAP environments.

• Design, implement, and manage network architecture (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly.

• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support digital publishing systems and newsroom operations.

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms).

• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and high availability (24/7 operations).

• Manage data centers, hardware lifecycle, and vendor coordination.

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security.

• Lead and mentor IT team members.

• SAP Basis (ECC / S/4HANA, HANA DB administration).

• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server.

• Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V.

• Database: Oracle, HANA, SQL Server.

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing & switching.

• Security Tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall management.
