Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class
Minimum 02 (two) years’ experience in similar role in retail banking department/branch of reputed banks /FIs
Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, Retail liability and Retail Asset Products and compliances
Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
Responsibilities & Context:
Key/Job Responsibilities
To achieve monthly/ yearly set retail liability, asset, cards and other targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts to develop own portfolio
Playing key role in branch profitability and achieving branch business target as well as other KPIs
Ensuring smooth functioning of daily banking operations and high-quality customer services
Maintaining quality portfolio through effective retention and prioritizing relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client's objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions
To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health with acquiring new business
Prepare proposal through evaluating customer investment applications using a range of criteria including customer credit-worthiness/assessment.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business/profession/ through regular customer visits and industry research
Promote marketing initiatives and events with developer companies and stakeholders
Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently
To follow and maintain the compliance of all AML rules and policies of the competent authorities
