• Should have an outstanding customer relations and capacity to lead the CMSME business of the bank coordinating with the Branches and Head Office to expand the CMSME business;

• Develop and implement a strategic sales approach caters to commercial banking needs of CMSME customers;

• Ensure proper utilization of investment facilities in CMSME facilities while maintaining high asset quality;

• Monitor poor-performing SME investments and implement strategies for regularization/restructuring/recovery;

• Conduct periodic reviews of CMSME facilities to assess risk exposure and business viability;

• Strengthen relationships with CMSME clients through proactive engagement, understand business operations, investment potential and offer customized financial solutions.

• Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements for CMSME business.

• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, customer needs to enhance CMSME business;

• Experience in shariah banking shall be considered as added qualifications;

• Minimum 5(five) years job experience as Head of SME Business/Cluster Head in any reputed private commercial bank;

• Age within 50 years as on 15.12.2025.

The candidate should have excellent leadership capability with proven exposure and experience in CMSME business and have knowledge related to CMSME business development & operations, investment risk management, regulatory requirement, compliance standards and legal procedures. Besides, the ideal candidate should meet the mentioned key job requirements;

Job Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka.
