Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. (SJIBPLC), a leading progressive Shariah based commercial bank is looking for smart, young, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking fresh post graduates as "Trainee Officer "(General) to fill some entry level positions of the Bank for the growing needs of its development.
Each Trainee Officer will be chosen based on the written test and subsequent interview by panel interviewers with the aim of ensuring that the right talent and only the best are inducted. The selected candidates will be given a comprehensive structured training program at our Training Academy, on the job training and job rotations in branches to acquaint them with different areas of the Bank that will help the Trainees to develop their required skills to excel in future responsibilities.

Other Conditions:
This is purely an entry level position aimed to initially engage in support services in Branch and Corporate Head Office of the Bank. Candidates those unwilling to work anywhere in Bangladesh, are discouraged to apply.
Candidates selected for appointment as "Trainee Officer" (General) will be required to execute a Bond on non-judicial stamp for serving SJIBPLC for a minimum period of 05 (five) years from the date of joining;

Placement Policy and Compensation:
Selected candidates shall remain as trainee for a period of 1 (one) year and will be offered a monthly consolidated package of Tk.28,500.00. After successful completion of the trainee period, Trainee Officers will be confirmed as Officer with an initial monthly pay of Tk.45,350.00 along with other admissible benefits.
