Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Masters

Post Graduate from a reputed University having no third class/division/GPA below 2.5 and below 3 in 4 and 5 point scale respectively in academic career;

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business Development.

• Should have an outstanding customer relations and capable to grow customer base of the Branch;

• Strong knowledge in Foreign Trade, Investment Risk Analysis and Management of Core Risks.

• Responsible for planning, developing and managing the branch operation towards achieving given profit targets and accelerate branch business growth with sustainable profitability;

• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, customer needs to enhance branch performance and ensure service excellence in day to day banking operation and customer care;

• Maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth branch functioning;

• Ensure strict compliance in all operational activities of the Branch;

• Experience in shariah banking shall be considered as added qualifications;

• Minimum 5(five) years job experience as Branch Manager in any corporate branches of a reputed private commercial bank;

• Age within 50 years as on 15.12.2025.

The candidate should have excellent leadership capability with proven experience and exposure as Branch Manager and knowledge in all aspects related to branch business development & operations, customer relationship management, regulatory requirement, compliance standards and legal procedures.

Job Location: Dhaka and Chattogram City/ Anywhere in Bangladesh.
