Additional Requirements:
Should have the capacity to formulate strategic planning and development in Retail Business to achieve the business targets;
Design, develop and introduce new innovative retail products to meet dynamic customer needs and increase market share of the bank through incremental progression in retail investment;
Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset quality through intensive follow-up, regularization, recovery of irregular retail investments;
Formulate new strategies to properly cater to existing and prospective retail customer base, execute action plans to optimize business performance and take initiative to improve productivity and efficiency of the entire retail business team;
Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements regarding retail business.
Experience in shariah banking shall be considered as added qualifications;
Minimum 5(five) years job experience as Head of Retail Business/Cluster Head in any reputed private commercial bank;
Age within 50 years as on 15.12.2025.

The candidate should have excellent leadership capability with proven exposure and experience in Retail Banking business. The ideal candidate should have knowledge related to Retail Business Development & operations, compliance standards and legal procedures and shall meet the mentioned key job requirements;
