Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record preferably in English, Literature, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or in relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in scriptwriting, content development, instructional design, or corporate communication.
Strong command of storytelling, persuasive writing, and customer-centric communication.
Expertise in digital content development: video scripting, e-learning content, and multimedia production.
Proficiency in content making tools i.e. Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar eLearning software- will get be added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of e-learning tools, LMS, and digital training platforms.
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

1.Customer Communication Framework
Develop scripts, talk tracks, and communication frameworks for branch, front-line and call center staff to ensure a uniform tone, language, and customer experience.
Standardize communication guidelines across sales, service, and support channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders (i.e. Retail Sales, Call Center, and Product Teams) to design pitch materials, customer dialogue frameworks, and objection-handling guides.
Regularly update scripts and frameworks to reflect new products, policies, and market changes.
2.eContent Development
Design and produce digital learning content for BRAC Bank’s internal learning platform.
Develop training videos, interactive modules, and microlearning content to support staff capability building.
Write engaging, learner-friendly storyboards, course scripts, and assessments.
Ensure content is aligned with adult learning principles, compliance, and brand standards.
3.Quality & Consistency
Monitor communication quality across customer touchpoints to ensure staff adhere to standardized scripts.
Collect feedback from frontline teams and update communication frameworks accordingly.
Support continuous improvement in customer engagement through data-driven insights.
