BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position under Technology Division:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the end-to-end Network maintenance and operation of WAN infrastructure and Edge locations (Branch, AMT, SME, Subbranch) comprises troubleshooting, establish and provisioning new peers.

• Look after Passive Infrastructure thoroughly that incorporates local users network check, troubleshooting, process automation, Campus and Remote site locations LAN maintenance, relocation, operation.

• LAN, WAN Inventory Management.

• Rack dressing and Cable maintenance.

• Bill Processing for both WAN as well as LAN works.

• Remote and Backbone Connectivity maintenance, monitoring, vendor coordination.

• Ensure SLA, Audit compliance, process and policy for WAN and LAN vendor deliverables

• WAN, LAN infra monitoring.

• Configure and maintain logical security posture of the network infrastructure which includes hardening of networking protocols, traffic-flow.

• Responsible for maintaining the daily operations of all network hardware, including routers, switches, wireless access control Points/servers and other related equipment. Monitor and analyse network performance across the organization’s LAN, WAN and WLAN.

• Responsible for evaluation and implementation of networking device upgrades and security related updates.

• Provides Tier 2/3 support for escalated service desk tickets following established protocols and mentorship to Network Engineer I/II.

• Technical writing like preparing SOP, documenting changes, preparing and updating network diagrams.

• Sincerely follow functional procedure of internal as well as Bangladesh Bank & ISO standard.

• Preparing Different operational reports and track.

• OEM and Vendor Coordination.
