Key Responsibilities:
Lead product lifecycle management of credit card products, from concept development to launch and post-launch performance optimization.
Develop and execute product strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer propositions to drive acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
Strategic decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and portfolio performance trends to optimize product growth and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and execution.
Monitor portfolio performance through data analytics and MIS, track KPIs, and recommend corrective actions where required.
Lead and support digital initiatives and process automation.
Manage relationships with payment networks and ensure adherence to scheme rules, branding, and certification requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
