Senior Manager, Customer Life Cycle & Portfolio Management. - Cards

Grade: AVP -FAVP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product lifecycle management of credit card products, from concept development to launch and post-launch performance optimization.

  • Develop and execute product strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer propositions to drive acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.

  • Strategic decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and portfolio performance trends to optimize product growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and execution.

  • Monitor portfolio performance through data analytics and MIS, track KPIs, and recommend corrective actions where required.

  • Lead and support digital initiatives and process automation.

  • Manage relationships with payment networks and ensure adherence to scheme rules, branding, and certification requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
