Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned individual retail business targets for both Asset & Liability portfolios.
Identify, acquire, and grow retail deposit business in line with the Bank’s funding and liquidity objectives.
Acquire new customers and offer appropriate banking products including deposit accounts, loan facilities, and credit cards.
Mobilize low-cost deposits through CASA account acquisition.
Drive retail asset growth by booking quality consumer clients for Home Loans, Auto Loans, and Personal Loans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure cross-selling of multiple products.
Serve as the primary contact point for clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive service.
Identify and implement cross-functional sales opportunities to maximize business potential.
Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, visits, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation of liability clients and mitigate associated business risks.
Ensure strict adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly retail business reports to support management’s strategic planning.
Act as a liaison between the Bank and retail clients to ensure smooth monitoring and supervision of business activities.
Any other responsibilities/assignments as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.
