BRAC Bank PLC is currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and purpose-driven professional to join its Retail Banking Division in the following position: Manager/Senior Manager, Customer Life Cycle & Portfolio Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product, Policy Development & Process Reengineering:

  • Develop innovative financial products and enhance existing offerings through market research, customer insights, and data-driven analytics.

  • Process improvement and digital enablement to enhance customer experience.

  • Evaluate and redesign processes.

MIS & Business Analysis:

  • Manage interest rate chart boards and portfolio repricing.

  • Prepare and monitor reports and performance tracker.

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight gathering to shape business strategy.

  • Prepare all internal and external reports.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal) to ensure seamless delivery and process optimization.
