KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product, Policy Development & Process Reengineering:
Develop innovative financial products and enhance existing offerings through market research, customer insights, and data-driven analytics.
Process improvement and digital enablement to enhance customer experience.
Evaluate and redesign processes.
MIS & Business Analysis:
Manage interest rate chart boards and portfolio repricing.
Prepare and monitor reports and performance tracker.
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight gathering to shape business strategy.
Prepare all internal and external reports.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal) to ensure seamless delivery and process optimization.
