• Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a reputed commercial bank.

• Preference for candidates with demonstrated success in client acquisition, credit appraisal, structured financing, and portfolio management.

• Strong analytical ability, financial modeling skills, and deep understanding of corporate credit dynamics.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Sound understanding of credit risk, financial markets, and industry analysis.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

• High level of integrity, commitment, and customer service orientation.

Position Overview

• Rank: Executive Officer (EO) to Vice President (FVP)
• Employment Status: Permanent
• Work Location: Any Corporate Branch across Bangladesh / Corporate Banking Division, Head Office

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Business Development: Drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers to expand the Bank’s corporate portfolio.
• Credit Appraisal & Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, credit appraisal, and risk assessment for both new and renewal loan proposals.
• Proposal Structuring & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in accordance with NRBC Bank’s Credit Policy, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and internal risk management standards.
• Portfolio Management & Monitoring: Oversee loan disbursement processes, monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and maintain overall portfolio quality.
• Delinquency Management: Actively manage overdue, SMA, and irregular accounts; conduct client visits; support recovery efforts; and ensure proactive corrective measures.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, CRM guidelines, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
• Portfolio Review & Reporting: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, analyze financial trends, assess repayment behaviors, and prepare reports to support credit decisions.
• Client Advisory & Relationship Building: Deliver customized financial solutions, engage with senior executives of corporate houses, and position NRBC Bank as a trusted corporate banking partner.
