Education:
Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
Experience in facilitating training programs is preferred.
Experience in sales methodologies, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning materials and conduct impactful training (in-person & digital).
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in both Bangla & English.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of e-learning tools, LMS, and digital training platforms.
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales employees.
Conduct both classroom and digital training sessions on products and processes focusing on customer requirements and solution-based selling.
Assess training requirements and prepare module in alignment with the Bank’s vision.
Regularly evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, sales performance tracking, and feedback collection.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Call Center and Distribution teams for ensuring updated product features, compliance guidelines and market trends.
Act as a coach and mentor, motivating frontline staff to achieve sales targets ethically and sustainably.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management, reflecting training impact on sales performance.
