∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled and team player

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review Bangladesh Bank Policies & Guidelines and prepare CRM guideline for SME Lending.
∎ Conduct Comprehensive post facto visit to review lending practices of Field Team.
∎ Initiate offsite Monitoring on SME Lending Program, prepare & circulate key parameter trends periodically to CRM Management.
∎ Review & prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Process) for Small Credit Team.
∎ Prepare & share Case Study periodically to create awareness.
∎ Prepare CRM Training Content on lending guidelines and conduct periodical training program.
∎ Take initiative to simplify the loan process for increasing efficiency.
∎ Take initiative in process automation and digitalization.
∎ Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from Small Credit Team to prepare responses to Audit Remarks of internal & External parties.
∎ Effectively manage stakeholders both external and internal.
∎ Conduct other responsibilities designated through Head of Small Credit.
∎ Analyst & Approver of Loan Proposals assigned by Head of Small Credit.
∎ Review large loan proposals & arrange necessary approvals (if required) from Credit Review Committee (CRC) and Bank Managements (where applicable).
∎ Assist CRM Centers on Loan Proposal Analysis.
