Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect information from potential clients daily.
∎ Convert a significant percentage of leads into qualified leads.
∎ Conduct direct meetings or video calls with potential clients daily.
∎ Confirm visa files within the specified timeframe.
∎ Create and promote social media posts related to visas.
∎ Develop and share video content to attract potential clients.
∎ Generate new leads through referral networks.
∎ Complete and submit all required documents for new files.
∎ Ensure follow-up with each client and collect additional documents if needed.
∎ Report daily progress to the manager.
∎ Update each lead and client’s progress daily on Google Sheets.
∎ Prepare performance analysis reports periodically.
∎ Collaborate with sub-agents, international recruitment agencies, and training centers to create a diverse talent pool.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with sourcing partners and professional networks.
∎ Guide candidates and employers through the recruitment and placement process.
∎ Address recruitment-related challenges faced by candidates during pre- and post-deployment phases.
∎ Stay informed about global recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging market opportunities.
∎ Continuously refine recruitment strategies to align with the company’s objectives.
