Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the full recruitment operations team
∎ Build and maintain relationships with sub-agents, brokers, and sourcing partners
∎ Oversee passport collection, document verification, and deployment readiness
∎ Ensure all operations comply with BMET and labor laws
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly recruitment targets
∎ Regularly report to senior management and support business expansion
∎ Monitor, motivate, and train the internal team for better performance
∎ Minimum 7–10 years of strong experience in manpower recruitment
∎ Must have previously worked in a company with a valid RL (Recruiting License)
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills
∎ Strong B2B network with field agents and brokers
∎ Ability to handle operational pressure and meet targets
∎ Highly organized, honest, and team-focused

∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated General Manager (GM) to lead our manpower recruitment operations. The GM will focus on B2B sourcing, passport collection, and managing a strong team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a manpower company, hold a valid Recruiting License (RL), and possess strong industry connections.

∎ Note: Educational background is not a barrier if you have proven experience in this sector.
