Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, monitor and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
∎ Contact regular inspections to ensure that the cleaning standards are maintained and address any areas for improvement.
∎ Monitor cleaning material stock and equipment levels.
∎ Solve operational problems and make decisions.
∎ Managing the cleaning section as per Administrative, HRM and EHS policies.
∎ Supporting HRM related works.
∎ Arranging strategic meetings and coordinating attendance.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring the cleaning related vehicles.
∎ Providing cleaning support at various events.
∎ Perform other duties as per instruction from in-charge and HOD.
