Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all operational activities of a specific Last Mile hub and directly report to the Team Lead.
∎ Allocate riders to specific zones for better delivery
∎ Plan optimized delivery route for each rider
∎ Ensure accurate daily cash collection and timely next-day bank deposit.
∎ Maintain vehicle-related issues.
∎ Continuous Communication with Customer and Rider.
∎ Cleaning the Report (Aging/Backlog)
∎ Monitor the Hub Dashboard for smooth delivery
∎ Minimize the hub cost, and increase productivity.
∎ Generate ideas to feasibly expand hub areas and increase delivery coverage.
∎ Maintain Last Mile hub's 6S.
∎ Monitor hub delivery success rate and work on improvement.
