Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's/Diploma (Certifications in Security/Surveillance preferred)
1 year in CCTV monitoring or a related role is preferred.
Proficient in CCTV operations
Strong observational skills, attention to detail, good communication, and basic technical troubleshooting.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotation shifts with high integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor live CCTV feeds across all Daraz locations for security threats and ensure compliance with company policies.
Log incidents and escalate emergencies or suspicious activities to the Supervisor.
Ensure CCTV system functionality, perform basic troubleshooting, and liaise with IT for technical issues.
Assist with the retrieval and review of footage for investigations and different projects.
Collaborate with the Supervisor and security team to maintain a safe work environment.
