Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context·
∎ The incumbent will act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation of the group.·
∎ We are expecting retired army personnel with the rank of at least Captain but recommended rank of Major.
∎ Job Responsibilities· To monitor & supervise the overall management of Security personnel of the Land Projects and Factories.·
∎ Plan & direct the day-to-day activities of the Security Team of the Group·
∎ To supervise & train new Security Guards and develop security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Land Projects and Factories.·
∎ Lead and develop effective security policies and procedures to save and secure the company's assets and the Group· Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law, and order enforcing agencies as and when required.·
∎ Notifies security weaknesses and works to develop better practices throughout the complex.·
∎ Implement security /safety improvements measures that benefit the company's assets, visitors, foreign buyers, and employees as directed by the management·
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance, and overtime of the Security Force·
∎ Assess the needs of the respective Group and the needs of new security personnel.·
∎ Dealing with incidents as and when required.
