∎ Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Able to work under pressure & familiar with work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key administrative functions of company including Canteen activities also.
∎ Always get factory ready for announce and unannounced buyer visit and compliance audit.
∎ Take disciplinary action on various misconduct according to the local labor laws.
∎ Daily check over all cleaning & housekeeping condition of the factory inside & outside.
∎ Supervise production floor and also do necessary repairing and maintenance work.
∎ Plan, control and supervise the functional efforts across the company, including canteen management, transportation, Shipment, legal, facilities and equipment as well as safeguarding of intellectual property.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt.
∎ Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required.
∎ Ensure efficient office management and logistic support for every department.
∎ Monitor and control proper disposal of wastage and effective waste management systems.
∎ Over all responsible for maintain factory health & safety standard.
∎ Factory open & closing smoothly.
∎ Ensure Factory Safety & Security of factory premises & also during Holiday period.
∎ Any others job assigned by the top Management.
