Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in engineering projects.

Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with structural and architectural drawings.

Coordinate project activities and resources. Implement quality control plans to maintain standards, ensuring compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and RAJUK/ Local Government Authorities regulations.

Estimate material requirements, prepare Purchase Requisitions (MPR), and ensure proper storage and usage of materials to minimize waste.

Interpret civil working drawings, prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and prepare schedules to meet project deadlines.

Verify contractor billing, measure completed work, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and staff.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Implement corrective actions to mitigate project challenges

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
