• 05 to 08 years of experience in any reputed Bank with 03 years of experience in specific field.

• Must have customer focused attitude.

• Must have ability to book new customers and maintain the existing ones.

• Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.

• Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

• Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.

• Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh, preferably outside Dhaka.

• Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.

• Candidates having break of services need not to apply.

• Identify and acquire liability business opportunities with a primary focus on Public Sector clients and other Private Sector clients requiring Cash Management Solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase utilization of cash management services.

• Oversee end-to-end implementation and smooth operation of cash management services.

• Identify and implement cross-selling opportunities to enhance overall business potential.

• Manage payroll account services for corporate clients, including opening and maintaining salary accounts for employees.

• Increase and monitor utility bill collection and other collection-related services.

• Coordinate all activities related to the liability segment of Corporate & investment Banking Division.

• Ensure proper documentation of liability clients and mitigate associated business risks.

• Ensure strict compliance with onboarding, KYC, and AML requirements in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor and improve branch deposit position through strategic business initiatives.

• Any other responsibilities/assignments as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.
