Experience Group is looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive, Corporate HR to join our central HR team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, digitally confident, and interested in building a strong career in corporate HR within a large apparel, textile, accessories, and manufacturing group.
The selected candidate will support recruitment, HR documentation, employee database management, HRM software updates, HR reporting, employer branding, and coordination with factory-level HR teams. The person must be sharp, disciplined, comfortable with digital tools, and able to follow up properly without needing constant supervision.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to do routine HR paperwork. We are looking for someone smart, polished, tech-friendly, and capable of helping the corporate HR team become faster, more structured, and more professional.
Previous experience in apparel, textile, garments, accessories, or manufacturing HR will be preferred.
Support the central corporate HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in recruitment through BDJobs, LinkedIn, referrals, online platforms, and direct candidate sourcing.
Prepare job posts, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.
Maintain employee databases, HRM software records, organograms, attendance data, leave records, and HR reports.
Use Excel, Google Sheets, HR software, and digital tools to improve HR tracking and reporting.
Prepare appointment letters, joining documents, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, employee files, and other HR documents.
Support employer branding through LinkedIn hiring posts, employee engagement content, internal announcements, and company culture updates.
Coordinate with factory HR teams for manpower data, employee information, documentation, and follow-up requirements.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal HR communication.
Help improve HR processes by reducing manual work and creating better digital tracking systems.
Support proper use of HRM software, attendance systems, and other HR technology tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee and company-related matters.
Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
