Retired officer from Bangladesh Armed Forces (major/captain/Lieutenant or equivalent)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the HR and Administrative functions of our corporate office. DGM/AGM – HR, Admin, Logistics & Security Affairs will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and cultivating a high-performance culture across our Garments, Textile, and Spinning divisions.
Supervise general administrative activities such as office management, facilities, security, and logistics.
Optimize resource allocation and cost control in administrative operations.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR and administrative documentation and reports.
Lead performance management systems and employee development programs.
Represent the company in HR & Admin matters at industry forums, regulatory bodies, and external meetings.
Liaise with government authorities, legal consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders as necessary.
Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in HR and administration.
Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies, policies, and systems aligned with the organization`s goals.
Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping, and leave management systems.
Implement employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction.
Provide strategic direction to the HR & Admin team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
Design and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend improvements.
Maintain regular communication with employees and management to address concerns and identify areas for enhancement.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable employment laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
