Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead and manage the administrative functions of our corporate office. The Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals while ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

 

  • Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, facilities, security, and logistics.

  • Implement and maintain administrative procedures in line with management requirements.

  • Manage tower administration, including rent deeds, collection, and related documentation.

  • Ensure timely payment of utility bills and other statutory or operational fees.

  • Optimize resource utilization and control administrative costs.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential HR and administrative records and reports.

  • Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders.

  • Handle employee grievances, ensuring policy and legal compliance.

  • Communicate regularly with employees and management to identify issues and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
