Proficiency in GSD methodology, SMV costing, costing tools, and Microsoft Excel; GSD license holder preferred.

• Lead the costing team to ensure accurate SMV calculation and timely costing for new and running styles.

• Develop, validate, and maintain SMV database using GSD methodology for standardized costing.

• Conduct work study and method improvement to increase productivity and reduce production cost.

• Prepare Operation Bulletin (OB) at Proto/Fit, Approved Sample, and Final Production stages.

• Develop efficient production line layouts to improve workflow and maximize capacity.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, and Production teams for cost-effective decisions.

• Analyze SMV variance, efficiency trends, and costing performance and report to management.

• Plan machinery requirements, folders, and attachments based on production schedules.

• Prepare thread consumption charts and coordinate with merchandising for procurement.

• Support line balancing, SAM database updates, and skill matrix management to ensure production efficiency.
