• Age 35 to 60 years

• Lead the CAD & Sample departments to ensure efficient pattern development and sample production for woven and denim garments.

• Supervise pattern making, grading, and marker planning using Gerber CAD to ensure accuracy and optimal fabric utilization.

• Review buyer tech packs, sketches, and specifications to develop accurate patterns and samples as per buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with Merchandising to receive sample requisitions and manage development schedules with proper T&A planning.

• Ensure 100% marker accuracy and cost-effective fabric usage, resolving issues related to fabric width, shrinkage, and marker planning.

• Oversee sample cutting and stitching to maintain quality, accuracy, and timely sample delivery.

• Provide technical leadership to pattern masters, CAD operators, and sample technicians for complex developments.

• Monitor sample targets, development progress, and delivery schedules to meet buyer deadlines.

• Maintain development documentation including sample approvals, revisions, buyer comments, and value-added processes (print, embroidery, wash).

• Maintain professional email communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams while ensuring discipline, safety (PPE), and team development.
