• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. (EEE) from a Public or UGC-approved University

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Polytechnic Institute.

• B.Sc (EEE) - Minimum 12 Years & Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) - Minimum 17 Years experience

• To perform as a Head of Electrical, Electronics & Utility.
• Ensure Fire, Electrical & Building Safety requirements and activities as per BNBC 2006 & 2020, NFPA, Nirapon/RSC/Accord standard for Garments Industry.
• To prepared Maintenance schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, half yearly & yearly) of Electrical & Utility Machinery (Garments) as per Nirapon /RSC Standard.
• To perform the preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all Garments machinery (Electrical & Electronic) including Fire Protection & Detection system, Dehumidifier, Air Cooled Chiller, HVAC, Boiler, Compressor, Generator (Diesel) & Air cooler etc.
• Prepare design, drawing, installation of all types of inverter, PLC, Converter & other Electronics Equipment Installation, commissioning, programming & repairing
• All type of Motor (Ac, DC & Servo) & Pumps Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance & Repairing.
• Installation & maintenance of BBT (both power & lighting) and routing inspection of power distribution system.
• To perform every task in time, attend emergency when required.
• To perform routine inspection & monitoring of power distribution system & develop electrical distribution systems for large industrial applications and plans these systems using recognized industry standards and specifications.
• To performed Planning, design & Modification of plant (Garments) machinery.
• To develop & lead the program to enhance electrical safety management.
• To assist sub ordinates practically & theoretically and maintain consigned relationship inside the Department as well as Interdepartmental so that management goal could be achieved.
• Planning, Supervising and Leading all Installation, Maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, activities & utility support to ensure smooth operation activities of Garments Industry.
• Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (Gas, Electricity, Steam, oil, Water etc.) and measure the resources utilized and wastage through monthly reporting as per management & compliance requirements.
• Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
• Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factories
• Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routing for schedule maintenance, Including breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
• Conducting regular Inspections of utility machineries to detect and resolved problem ahead.
• Installation all sorts of machine and rectify all kinds of electrical Panel board and appliance (AC, DC Servo) fire safety & IPS Backup system.
• To develop & lead the program to enhance electrical & fire safety management and apply industrial applications.
• Arrange necessary Electrical Safety training for the employees and provide necessary PPE as per legal legislation.
• To carry out any other job assigned by management.
