Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish recruiting requirements meeting with departmental heads to discuss future hiring needs.
∎ Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
∎ Build applicant sources by researching and contacting Universities, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
∎ Attract applicants by creating and placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters,
∎ Organize campus recruitment, using newsgroups and job sites.
∎ Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media, and during event Participate in job fairs
∎ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
∎ Screen resumes and job applications
∎ Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlist of qualified candidates
∎ Coordinate the whole interview and selection process
∎ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
∎ Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
∎ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
∎ Follow up on the interview process status
∎ Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
∎ Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and labor laws regarding employment practices
∎ Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience of sourcing applicants from diversified field/ specialization
∎ Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and different professional groups
∎ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
∎ Team spirit
∎ Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
∎ Ability to utilize HRIS and other marketing tools for recruitment.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
