Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
The IT Intern will assist the IT team in providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting various corporate systems. This position is perfect for those looking to apply their technical knowledge in a practical business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees (hardware, software, and basic network issues) via in-person assistance, phone, or remote tools.
- Assist with the setup, configuration and deployment of new hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software.
- Help maintain and update IT inventory records and asset tracking.
- Participate in network monitoring and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues.
- Assist in managing user accounts, access rights, and security protocols.
- Create and update IT documentation and user guides for common issues.
- Learn and participate in the ERP process implementation like Odoo ERP
