Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• HSC

• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Training on security management (preferred).

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum: 5-8 years of experience in a similar position (Embassy/Hotel/commercial projects preferred).
• Retired Armed Forces personnel will get preference.
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 8 inches
• Must have leadership and communication skills.
• Physically fit, smart, and confident in handling emergency situations.
• Willing to work in shifts and under pressure.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and monitor all security personnel, ensuring proper discipline and duty attendance. 
• Maintain safety and security of company premises, employees, and customers.
• Plan and implement security measures to prevent theft, fire, or other incidents.
• Conduct regular security inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Train and brief new security guards about company security policies and emergency procedures.
• Maintain the roster, leave schedule, and duty allocation of the security team.
