Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Compliance, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, General HR, HR Development, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) Candidates must have independently able to run HR activity as team leader of multiple Plant at a time.
∎ b) Responsible for overall Worker, Staff and Foreign Consultant Recruitment process.
∎ c) Ensure worker and staff Separation process according to BLL.
∎ d) Fully responsible for the group of companies 5 unit Payroll Management as team leader.
∎ e) Ensure monthly Salary disbursement plan.
∎ f) Follow-up Attendance, Leave, Compensation & Benefit, incentive schemes.
∎ g) Responsible expenditures like staff and workers festival bonus, overtime, sales allowance, Maternity benefit and so on.
∎ h) Candidates must have experience in HRIS Software development issues.
∎ i) To handle the biometric or card system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
∎ j) Perform day-to-day HR and Admin task of the factory and implement the HR policy of the company to deal with factory labors in terms of welfare and grievances handling, investigations, and other labor-related activities as per labor law.
∎ k) Close liaison and coordination with the production, Sales, Service, Accounts and various Department.
∎ l) Candidates must have to know how to create appropriate job descriptions for workers and management staff.
∎ m) Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments.
∎ n) To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company's human resources.
∎ o) Have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and able to guide Mgt. when and where required.
∎ p) To implement other HR and administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ a) Fluent in English both reading and writing.
∎ b) Job Locations will be Dhaka.
∎ c) Candidates having less than 5 years of experience don't need to apply.
∎ d) HR & Human resources-related Diploma or training degrees will be preferred.
∎ e) HRIS Training, Leave management training, and Payroll management training.
∎ f) Candidates who know to operate HRIS software will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
