Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell

• Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering (BSc) in EEE, Chemical IPE & Mechanical in public or any reputed private University.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell

• Age 22 to 38 years

• Strong understanding of electrochemical processes in Lead-Acid batteries.

• Hands-on experience in grid casting, paste preparation, and curing operations.

• Ability to lead shift operations with efficiency and discipline.

• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and ISO/TS 16949 quality systems.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Making workforce plan with existing equipment’s and available.

• Making weekly and monthly production schedule on basis of Battery assembly/Charging/Plate preparation plant.

• Ensuring shift wise and daily Production Requirement of plate preparation.

• Supervising all operations during assigned shift and effectively provide direction to relevant plant operators.

• Checking all quality parameters of charging to ensure best quality product.

• Making sure duty handover to another officer as when leave office.

• Maintaining FIFO in production process.

• Maintaining shift wise & daily Activities report /daily floor report.

• Preparing shift wise duty roaster for the technician.

• Complete work status reports for production progress, work in progress and material inventory

• Follow up the movement of production peoples and Check the OT.

• Maintain Monthly Production and rejection report & analysis.

• Monitor, Control and minimize the process wastage.

• Monitor ETP operation.

• Keep equipment operational by coordinating engineering & maintenance department.

• Make sure all equipment/machine calibration.

• Ensure PPE ,health and safety of production peoples and maintain all the process as per ISO standard

• Maintain and implement periodic training, Evaluation & performance of QMS,OHSAS & EMS

• Make sure proper housekeeping.
