Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day application support, case/issue management for in-house and vendor applications;
∎ Ensure smooth IT operation (service request, technical support, incident, and problem management), system availability for the developed or procured IT software;
∎ Monitor support SLA, govern IT support process, and do stakeholder reporting;
∎ Align daily activities to accomplish strategic technology and business objectives;
∎ Ensure periodic system health checks and proper housekeeping, planning, proactive risk and issue management, and cross-project dependencies as per service level;
∎ Agreement (SLA) as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
∎ Relationship management, coordination, and communication with developers/vendors/stakeholders for support management and problem resolution between different teams at different locations (like, Swift, eKYC, etc.);
∎ Certificate and license management for vendor and in-house applications;
∎ Conduct SIT, UAT, and go live readiness for any change or enhancement in vendor application (Swift, eKYC, Astha, etc.);
∎ Writing and modification of complex SQL procedures/queries/user-defined functions/views/stored procedures;
∎ Manage all aspects of the end-to-end capacity management and release management process;
∎ Responsible for software support, defect analysis and fixation, implementation, training to the user, and support for live projects;
∎ R&D, investigation and implement prevention strategies for users to identify complaints and perform necessary actions to resolve the application problems;
∎ Management and stakeholder reporting, escalation, attention;
∎ Do necessary planning applications, infrastructure, and team;
∎ Swift user access management, order and bill processing;
∎ Coordinate with security team for self-attestation report readiness and submission to SWIFT team;
∎ Engage with the SWIFT team and partners to onboard new products of SWIFT and enhancement using products for efficiency in operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 to 8 years of solid experience in IT Application Operation / Support in a large development environment; experience in the Financial Industry is preferable;
∎ Strong knowledge of Database, SQL, and custom development is a must;
∎ Hands-on experience in ISO, ITIL;
∎ Able to drive delivery and remove road blockers;
∎ Experience in Manage service vendor management will add value;
∎ Proficient in customer-centricity, results-oriented, and self-propelled.
