Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be preferred
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, Floor/ Line Management, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Night Duty monitoring of entire factory
∎ Responsible for shift wise production floor management as per HR point of view
∎ Responsible to Plan, Monitor, and Execute all sorts of floor operation & administrative work as per company’s requirements.
∎ To Train Employee for better performance and Develop effective HR Strategy.
∎ Responsible for Floor Management, House-keeping (According to Compliance), Maintain Discipline outside and Floor.
∎ Follow-up Workers activities on Working place, Solve Production Process problems & maintain harmonious employee relation.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Monthly worker Recruitment for candidate Pool, Skill test from the IE Department, Medical Test, Orientation/ Induction Program & Personal File Completion.
∎ To be responsible for worker File management, Separation, Resign, Termination, Retrenchment, Promotion, Transfer, Increment, Disciplinary Action etc.
∎ To prepare various Investigation Report, Leave management, Compensation & benefit ,Salary distribution, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, Training & Development, Workforce Development, Workforce Engagement, Training Counseling, Leadership Development etc.
∎ Follow up with floor problem Verbal &Written, Pictorial Evidence of Various Floor Problem, Cleaning Follow-up, follow up All sorts of HR, Admin & Compliance related issue during Buyer Audit & various factory visits.
∎ Responsible to announce all types of Notice, Salary Distribution, Pay Slip Distribution, Final Settlement, Resign & Lefty (Outgoing Salary Payment Ensure/ Over Phone different problem solution) & Notice Board Updating etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in Manpower Budgeting and RMG production process knowledge will given preference
