Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for knitting quality & ensure fabric quality as per customer quality standards.
Responsible for developing fabric quality of knitting production.
To assist production in all fabric & other operational related matters in textile division.
Have to strong follow-up in outside knitting factory.
Directly assist with knitting outside QC & improve quality standard.
Ensure RFT above 98% on accuracy of quality activity.Ensure Loss time below 1% due to textile quality activity.
Ensure people absenteeism below 5%. Establish and oversee all quality control procedures for established, leading global garments brands.
Finalizing the critical operation, quality points and explaining to the Quality team.
