• Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
• Set up every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
• Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
• Ensure Proper Method & Time StudyEnsure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meeting with merchandising, marketing & Production people to achieve production target as per order planning
• Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
• Managing, motivating and leading all IE Officers to achieve production goal.
