Garments, Group of Companies, Retail Store, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and establish store policy and review within particular time period.
∎ Receive store materials (Production raw material, packing materials, Accessories, Spare parts, etc) from suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute Finish goods/ store materials as per requisition of ware house and dealer points.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Finish goods/ Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly.
∎ Maintain store ledgers properly.
∎ Follow up buyer wise accessories.
∎ Submit all the stock report to Head Office of Audit dept. & SCM .
∎ Contact with Head Office about accessories/products problem & solve issue.
∎ Contact with Transport dept for delivery.
∎ Make/ Sign on all Gate pass & Challan.
∎ Conduct Audit department to ensure that all goods to similarity with Stock register and physical stock.
∎ Others work when company needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Sound knowledge on inventory management software.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire all team members.
Salary: Negotiable
