Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law.
∎ Leave and Attendance management of employees
∎ Maintain and updating personal file & records.
∎ Formal Report writing.
∎ Maintain Documentation.
∎ Maintain Dispatch Register.
∎ General HR Related Activities.
∎ Maintain required register & records under different applicable labor law.
∎ Worker recruitment and selection.
∎ Employees joining documentation.
∎ Stationery item management
∎ Handling Official correspondence
∎ Safety & Security to be ensured.
∎ Update & Maintain employee's master database.
∎ Official entertainment management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
