Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring competitors' activity and reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases.
∎ Bill submission to client, cheque collection and submit to Accounts Department.
∎ Preparing a monthly report over existing customers with their feedback.
∎ Searching minimum 10 clients/dealers per day & 45 clients per week and submit a detail weekly report (Attachment of their business card & contact number is mandatory) to Supervisor over potential customers)
∎ Collect work orders and confirm the order.
∎ Retaining existing client with effective cooperation
∎ Liaison and networking with a range of stakeholders (e.g. Dealer or customers, colleagues, suppliers)
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Carrying out market research and customer surveys to access demand, brand positioning and awareness.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Salary: Negotiable
