Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shipping program has given & flow-up the operations.
∎ Prepare monthly vessel trip report.
∎ Strong monitoring Lighter vessel movement regularly.
∎ Maintain & monitoring voyage lock book, diesel & lubricants of Oil consumption and monthly report
∎ Monitor & arrange overseas Supply of Spare parts & payment.
∎ Maintain appropriate communication with port & customs authority
∎ Maintain the records of shipment details separately.
∎ Leads problem-solving activities for the shipping department as necessary.
∎ E-mail correspondence with stakeholders, Charterers, Principals.
∎ Monitor and plan ships yearly and regular maintenance and dry-docking schedules.
∎ Maintain purchase records with highest accuracy for efficient budget planning and audit requirements.
∎ Prepare Trip Bonus, Trip incentives Bill & register maintain.
∎ Follow-up shipment payment process and maintain pending payment records separately
∎ Check & verify operational expenses for management’s approval.
