Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy and plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the ready mix concrete industry.
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor analysis. Utilizing this information to develop targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Meeting with clients to understand their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions to address their requirements.
∎ Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets. Providing training and guidance to sales staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, such as new construction projects or partnerships. Collaborating with other departments to develop innovative strategies to promote the company's products and services.
∎ Establishing competitive pricing models based on market conditions and company profitability. Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for the company.
∎ Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This includes digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
∎ Generating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and presenting recommendations for improvement to senior management. Monitoring market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt the sales and marketing strategy accordingly.
∎ Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to delivery. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
∎ Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements in all sales and marketing activities. Maintaining accurate sales records, contracts, and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the construction materials industry, preferably with exposure to ready mix concrete.
∎ Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
∎ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Salary: Negotiable
