Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
∎ Managing and supervising a team of sales and marketing professionals.
∎ Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Overseeing the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitoring sales performance and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Coordinating with the production department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
∎ Collaborating with the pricing team to develop competitive pricing strategies.
∎ Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and attending industry events and conferences.
∎ Conducting regular sales meetings and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement sales policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing within the ready mix concrete industry or a related field.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
Salary: Negotiable
