Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from any recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR department, with preference given to candidates with experience in a Senior Executive or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations.

  • Clear understanding of the Bangladesh Labor Law and relevant regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and completing the onboarding process.

  • Accurately maintain employee records and databases.

  • Address employee queries and concerns effectively.

  • Assist in performance reviews and the performance management process.

  • Support the implementation of training and development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Actively participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

  • Provide other administrative support as needed.
