Job Context:

Alif Attar Company is looking for dynamic, energetic and target-oriented individuals for the position of Brand Development Executive. The selected candidates will work closely with the marketing and sales team to promote company brands, expand market presence and develop strong customer relationships across different regions of Bangladesh. Candidates from Madrasha background will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.

• Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns for products.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to management.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Regular Compensation & Benefits: Employees will receive all regular salary, allowances, and benefits as per the Company’s policies.

• Performance Bonus & Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and other incentives, where applicable.

• Travel & Communication Allowances: Tour allowance, travel allowance (T/A) and mobile bill reimbursement, as applicable.
