Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ PGDHRM is Preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the HR team.
∎ Develop company policy, procedure and rule.
∎ Maintain company documentation.
∎ Recruit right person for the required position.
∎ Supervise new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
∎ Patient to listen every person of the company and give the right counselling and motivation to work.
∎ Understand every employee and make a career plan based on their expectation.
∎ Ensure Personal Management Information Database up to date.
∎ Prepare daily reports on HR team activities and submit to management
∎ Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals.
∎ Develop training and onboarding material.
∎ Respond to employees' questions.
∎ Administer drug, background checks, and other pre-employment screening.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years work experience on HR & Admin domain or similar role in software industry.
∎ familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
∎ Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
∎ Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
∎ Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
∎ Excellent skills in written English to create reports and meet tight deadlines.
