Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Having PGDHRM will be preferred
∎ BRAC University,University of Dhaka,North South University,East West University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: English Communication, Excellent operating skills over MS Office

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
∎ Maintaining a smooth onboarding and off-boarding process.
∎ Conducting KPI based performance evaluation and appraisal process
∎ Implementing policies and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Coordination and maintaining employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
∎ Collect all information pertinent to new employees, ensure their joining formalities.
∎ Maintain and update employees' personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
∎ Work with the Head of Human Resources with general HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures.
∎ Handle leave allocation for staff and generate leave reports to assist finance department in processing payroll deductions.
∎ Manage corporate SIM and handle all queries and problems.
∎ Serve as main point of contact for national staff's health insurance, updating inclusion, exclusion and directing the processing of benefit claims.
∎ Prepare different HR related letters and documents including NOCs and employment letters.
∎ Organizing and Coordinating logistics for the recruitment of staff.
∎ Coordinating the update of staff job descriptions and organizational charts.
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
∎ Monitor attendance of all staff.
∎ Assist the Head of HR for processing the visa and work permit for expatriate staff
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to induct new employees to organization policies, procedures, laws and standards.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
∎ Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with organization's policy.
∎ Assist the Head of HR to prepare the departmental budget.
∎ Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
∎ Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
∎ Performs other duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law
