∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Training/Trade Course: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001,FSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing manual, procedure, and Flowchart of different certification program.
∎ Prepare and check pre-audit documents as per requirements QMS, EMS, OHSAs, FSC
∎ Coordinate & conduct QMS, EMS, OHSAs, FSC awareness training programs and keep training records
∎ Perform ISO & FSC certificate renewal-related activities & Keep liaison with the different certification body
∎ Conducting Internal audit as per requirements of ISO & FSC
∎ Coordinate and face all internal and external audit related to ISO & FSC
∎ Implementing quality system as per the requirement of ISO, FSC & other relevant standards.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR activities & any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Adequate knowledge of HR certification.
∎ Good typing skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
